Laabmilano is a creative studio specializing in renovations, the manufacture of Raku ceramics, and the design and creation of high artistic level furniture elements.

A meeting point between design and craftsmanship, the goal of laabmilano is to preserve, through constant development, the traditional knowledge handed down by generations of masters and to combine it with modern and contemporary design.

Laabmilano enhances furniture to transform them into true protagonists of spaces, creating unique elements destined to become iconic pieces worldwide.

Compass is born from the primordial thought of the architect, who makes the compass his main and iconic working tool. Compass is the hieratic and static image of a vertical compass, which also takes on a dual function as a decorative and support element. Compass expresses circularity understood as creativity that outlines space. Two pure brass rods that taper to a point serve as the base of the structure. Recycled materials, such as the felt used for the seat and the recycled leather for the covering, are used. Compass is made in red/orange, the color of fire, representing an explosion of feminine creativity.

A second version in blue will complete the offering, forming two complementary elements that create a visual and conceptual dialogue reminiscent of the yin and yang principle. In the secod variant, the circular part will be represented by ancient rubber, intertwining tones of orange and blue, encapsulating the energy of both values.

Musa is the inspiring figure, a source of creativity and enlightenment for the ancients and poets. The Musa armchair is a handcrafted piece of extraordinary poetic value, born from the craftsmanship and artistic vision of laabmilano. An evolution of the Pop-Up armchair, Musa represents a new aesthetic perspective, enriched by orange and blue fringes in raw wool, symbolizing the intrinsic movement that represents the energy inherent in the product's design.

The base of the armchair, with its ability to rotate on itself, amplifies the sensation of lightness and fluidity of Musa. This circular movement, together with the fringes that lift and flutter in the air, creates a visual effect that fills the space with vitality and dynamism, demanding to be observed and inspired by it.

POP-UP is a lightweight vintage lounge chair with removable pouf. This extremely lightweight vintage lounge chair makes a design statement. With minimal lines defining its inner circular shape and outer squared form, this lounge chair can shine in a modern interior as a significant vintage piece when properly illuminated, or attract visitors from every corner with its inviting seat. The seat’s removable pouf is interchangeable with other elements or can be used as a footrest. The base of the chair features a slim brass ring, which adds structure and elegance to POPUP.

POPUP weighs only 16kg and moves easily thanks to hidden wheels. It is available in various customizable fabric finishes.

Mirage Vintage Sideboard is a modern vibe envelops this vintage sideboard. The leg elements give the top a vertical thrust and a satisfying elegance. This exceptional piece can be placed against a wall but is intended to be the focal point of the space, at the center of a living room to harmonize with the vibrations and energies of the environment. The metal parts reflect light, creating a smooth effect, while the top in wood is available in Matte Canaletto Walnut or Matte Black Oak with Open Pore Stripes.
